Stickered and Stickerless cubes perform the same.
The stickered one look nicer, custom color can remove or replace the logo at any time.
If you are planning to use a single cube for a very long time, then a stickerless cube is highly recommended.

Can I put magnets on it?

Yes, you can add magnets by applying glue to a few edges before magnetizing them to save you the time of swapping between using the glue and the magnets repeat. This process is for all 24 edge halves.
