The Cubelelo Cloud 5x5 (Magnetic) Elite M is our classic magnetic 5x5 offering with very stable feel. This puzzle features a combination of stronger inner magnetic attraction with slightly lighter outer layer attraction. Ninety-six neodymium magnets are glued at specific points in the cube, arranged in a rotationally symmetric pattern. This magnetization creates a tactile and compliant feel with clicky feedback regardless of piece orientation. The attraction resulting from magnetisation between the pieces gives the cube a very smooth and stable feeling and results in pronounced overshooting and lockup reduction.
Each magnet is hand placed and glued using high-quality super glue, set up under optimal conditions by our Elite Shop.
Each cube is carefully lubricated and tuned according to customer preference to deliver optimum speedcubing
performance. Use of special break-in tool ensures that the lube blends in perfectly and the cube is ready to use out of the box.
The performance of cube is further enhanced by a combination of Special Elite lube on the core and Cubelelo Premium lubes on the pieces thereby optimising speed and stability to deliver improved speedcubing performance. Cubelelo YuXin Cloud 5x5 (Magnetic) Elite M cube is the perfect choice for controllable cube lovers.
High-quality super glue is applied and allowed to cure for the optimum time to ensure perfect adhesion between the magnets and the material of the puzzle..

A good cube. Doesn't lockup frequently ..... magnets are a bit weak. Overall, a very good cube for everyone and would recommend for beginners
Great job done by cubelelo. Inner magnets are strong and the outer are weak. he best part is that it is nicely lubed on the tracks as well piece. I highly recommend this cube and is value for money. Best budget 5x5 with magnets. I broke my personal best on the first day. Do try it.

Timeline:
Raise a cancellation request to support@cubelelo.com, with your order ID clearly mentioned, before it is shipped from our end. Cancellation request will not be taken up once the order is shipped from our end.
In case the customer still wants it to be cancelled, appropriate penalties will be levied, as mentioned below:
Penalties upon cancellation:
For custom products:
Elite and Elite-M cubes: 20% of the product cost will be deducted.
Custom Apparel (tees and hoodies): 50% of product cost will be deducted.
For pre-paid orders: Shipping and reverse shipping charges will be deducted depending upon the place of delivery. E-payment transaction charges will be deducted.
For COD orders: COD privileges for future orders will be curtailed.
Important note: All applicable penalties will be added and deducted.

Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery of order by sending a mail to support@cubelelo.com or by filling up the form given at the end of this page.
The replacement request email should contain the following:
Replacement request will be approved for damaged/defective products only.
No replacements/returns are given in case of:
Approval of replacement request is solely on the discretion of Cubelelo. Our customer support executive may ask for specific details about any defect as per the claim including photographic or video evidence, failing to provide this within 24 business hours will result in rejection of the claim.
Replacement will be done with the same product as was ordered.
Refund Policy by Cubelelo:

In such special cases where the order is eligible for refund, we will initiate the refunds through the following channels only:
Pre-paid orders:
Transaction and shipping charges may be deducted wherever applicable.
COD orders: Refund will be given as Cube Coins (reward points) only. No other option will be available.
Note: Refund will be initiated only after the inspection of the returned product at our warehouse.
Cancellation of Order by CUBELELO
CUBELELO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by CUBELELO for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
In case of Gift Certificate/card
Gift Certificate will not be cancelled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
Shipping of Replaced/returned product:
We recommend shipping of returned merchandise via Cubelelo.com reverse shipping services, or otherwise using courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. CUBELELO does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages; which are not returned using Cubelelo.com reverse shipping services; are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
Request will be terminated if the customer fails to provide the product to our shipping partner when the pickup is attempted. The request will be automatically terminated if the product is not handed over in the two pick up attempts made.The updates in the tracking page given by our courier partner will be considered to be final.
CUBELELO reserves the rights to change the replacement policies anytime without any prior notice.
