GAN introduces its new 2020 flagship with GAN 11 M Pro 3X3 with novel and amazing features. The most amusing feature of this cube is the corner-core magnetic positioning system in which the traditional 48 magnets are replaced by 64 magnets placed omnidirectionally from the core to each corner base. This magnetic positioning system creates a consistent magnetic feel that is strong without an aggressive snap. This corner-core magnetic strength can be changed to light, moderate or strong setting by toggling a switch giving maximum customization. This 3x3 is incredibly light and weighs only 63 g.
GAN 11 M Pro comes in four variants, Frosted (Black & White) finish which is used in all recent GAN releases. Soft finish with super soft, rubber feel. UV coated finish with high glossy, grippy feel.
I have nothing against the 11m. It's really fast, it's highly customisable, basically, it's good. But it's too crunchy for me, i.e. every single corner cut can be felt quite sharply, and sometimes it just doesn't cut for. I simply couldn't a setup that could cut properly without compromising on stability. So it's not for me, I'll stick to Moyu flagships with their beautiful cutting.
Amazing cube, worth it
We have purchased all our cubes from cubelelo, all the cubes are great but this one is the best. The design, the technicalities make it so simple to solve it quickly in no time. The best part is it comes with spares to quickly fix it when required. Also the manual comes in handy whenever in need. The protective case and the cube pouch makes it easy to store and carry.
Very fast and stable
This is cube has a very good balance between speed and the stability added by the magnets of perfect strength. For the cubers with a little bit of slower turning speeds the magnetic strength might seem to be a bit strong so they might want to use the magnets on the weakest settings but on the other side if you are someone who turns fast, the setting numbered 2 should be a good magnetic strength for the pre-installed magnets to use as the clicks of the magnets are not felt while turning fast which is a good thing. The cube basically comes dipped in lot of factory lube so to anyone buying this cube my advice would be to wipe off the excess lube or else the cube will feel a lot sluggish and it will take a lot of time to break in.

REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our Cancellation Policy:
Raise a cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order ID clearly mentioned, before it is shipped from our end. Cancellation request will not be taken up once the order is shipped from our end.
In case the customer still wants it to be cancelled, appropriate penalties will be levied, as mentioned below:
Penalties upon cancellation:
For custom products: Elite and Elite-M cubes: 20% of the product cost will be deducted.
Custom Apparel (tees and hoodies): 50% of product cost will be deducted.
For pre-paid orders: Shipping and reverse shipping charges will be deducted depending upon the place of delivery. E-payment transaction charges will be deducted.
For COD orders: COD privileges for future orders will be curtailed.
Important note:All applicable penalties will be added and deducted.
Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery of order by sending a mail to email@example.com or by filling up the form given at the end of this page.
The replacement request email should contain the following:
Reason for replacement.
Photographic/video evidence of any defect as mentioned in the request.
Replacement request will be approved for damaged/defective products only.
No replacements/returns are given in case of:
Not liking the product/ product not as expected/not liking the hand feel.
Minor scratches in stickerless cubes.
Normal tensioning adjustments and popping of cubes.
Replacement with some other product or variant of the same product.
Wrong quantity ordered.
Customised apparel (hoodies, t-shirts etc).
Approval of replacement request is solely on the discretion of Cubelelo. Our customer support executive may ask for specific details about any defect as per the claim including photographic or video evidence, failing to provide this within 24 business hours will result in rejection of the claim.
Replacement will be done with the same product as was ordered.
Refund Policy by Cubelelo:
In case of goods unavailability or service problem:
If the item to be sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but at the end, the choice of customer will be final.
If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands.
100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products.
For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given.
In such special cases where the order is eligible for refund, we will initiate the refunds through the following channels only:
As Cube Coins (reward points) in full.
To the original payment method (after applicable deductions).
Transaction and shipping charges may be deducted wherever applicable.
COD orders:Refund will be given as Cube Coins (reward points) only. No other option will be available.
Note:Refund will be initiated only after the inspection of the returned product at our warehouse.
Cancellation of Order by CUBELELO
CUBELELO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by CUBELELO for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
In case of Gift Certificate/card
Gift Certificate will not be cancelled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
Shipping of Replaced/returned product:
We recommend shipping of returned merchandise via Cubelelo.com reverse shipping services, or otherwise using courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. CUBELELO does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages; which are not returned using Cubelelo.com reverse shipping services; are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
Request will be terminated if the customer fails to provide the product to our shipping partner when the pickup is attempted. The request will be automatically terminated if the product is not handed over in the two pick up attempts made.The updates in the tracking page given by our courier partner will be considered to be final.
