• Participants are expected to follow WCA competition regulations as far as practicable. Go through the rules here.

The rounds will open as per the schedule and every round will have different score entry form which will consist of different scrambles. There will be no password or secret key. The score entry form is itself made available in the participate tab.

Follow the spirit of the SpeedCubing community, DO NOT TRY to cheat as it’s not going to do you any good!

Do not discuss the scrambles publicly until the round is completed, anyone found doing this will be disqualified.

If using a stackmat timer, make sure to show the time recorded clearly in the camera such that it is visible to the judging team. Make sure to show it for at least 4-5 seconds .

Participants need to complete their solves and submit their results within the stipulated time frame. Once the time is over, form will be closed.

• All participants who make it to the top 15 of the leaderboard need to submit video entries of their solves for verification. Only the TOP-3 will be considered for podium. 
  IMPORTANT NOTE : Cubelelo has the right to use all the submitted videos on any platform.
• The video needs to be uploaded to some cloud platform like YouTube, Google Drive etc (choice depends upon the participant). There will be separate forms for giving the links to these videos. Make sure to grant all the necessary permissions, so that our team of judges can easily access the videos.
• The video submission should clearly show the timer and entered time, scrambled cube, the full solve and solving time. The video needs to be such that it clearly shows opening of scrambles and should be one stretch video without any pauses or cuts in between for a particular event. If it is not clear enough or does not meet the guidelines, the judges will disqualify that participant.
• Video submission also needs to be done if asked by our team of judges to verify any solve where they think the participant might be cheating. Failing to submit the video in a stipulated time frame will lead to disqualification from the entire competition.
• In case you have improved a lot from your last WCA comp (For WCA ID holder), Please take videos, we might ask for video proof if there is too much deviation.
  

• After a round opens the scramble and score taking forms will be made available in the PARTICIPATE tab and announced in our discord channel. Scrambles and score entry will be in a single form only.
• Participants have to enter the basic details that they provided at the time of registration including Full name and WCA ID / CL ID (as provided by organizers after registration). If the details provided does not match the registration details will also lead to disqualification.
• Enter your time in the format m:ss.cc (as in 1:04.23 or 0:15.23) , there is a section to select penalties as well. Hit on next to go to the next scramble. 
• You can time your solves with a stackmat timer or with another timer, such as cstimer.
• Participants can compete only once in each event, those who register and compete more than once will have all attempts removed.

All the participants are the expected to live stream their round solves for everyone to watch. They can do this through their Instagram, FB, YouTube or any other channel of their choice.

There is no registration fee. Interested participants can register for the event. No need to register specific event. Once registered, you can participate in any event.

Speedcubing Unlocked 2020 is not an official WCA Competition. All results are unofficial and are not tracked or recognized by the WCA.

We recommend that you follow WCA Regulations as close as possible. This means that you may not listen to music while solving.

Yes, WCA ID / CL ID is compulsory to participate in the event. Those who don't have WCA ID / CL ID, they will receive a new CL ID once the registration is done. This CL ID will be now used for all the upcoming online competitions.

You are registered for all the events by default, you don't have to specify the events in the registration form. All events are open for everyone.

You only need to film to claim for making it into Finals (Top10)! If you don't think you will podium or make finals then there is no need to record. Incase you have improved a lot from your last WCA comp, Please take videos, we might ask for video proof if there is too much deviation.

You need to upload the recorded video to a cloud platform of your choice like YouTube or Google Drive etc. We will provide separate forms for giving us the links to these uploaded videos. Make sure to grant all permissions for us to access the video.

We recommend using a stackmat to time solves but you can feel free to use any website or app to keep track of time. To keep track of inspection you can use built in app or timer features on your timer. We recommend, CS timer for desktop/laptop and Plus timer for mobile, enable inspection feature to get the inspection time.

We require competitors to know how to scramble events they compete in. If you do not know how to scramble an event, please make sure to learn it. Here is the links for learning notation and scrambling for most events.
