Due to the ongoing situation pertaining to the outbreak of COVID-19,the novel coronavirus, our state government has ordered a lockdown in Raipur where our Head Office and fulfillment warehouse is located.
This decision has led to suspension of all shipping services given by our main shipping partners in the region and hence we are unable to ship the orders placed by you within the last couple of days.
Also, the shipping services will be impacted pan-India due to similar measures taken by various State Governments to contain the spread of this pandemic.
In these testing times, we are forced to temporarily shut-down our operations and we expect your cooperation and understanding for the same. You will not be able to place any new orders in the website until further notice (we are hoping everything will be back to normal maximum by 31st March 2019).
Our customer support services will be available to help you out with any fulfillment related queries, however delivering parcels that are stuck at various shipping hubs of our shipping providers like BlueDart etc will take time and be done only after the restrictions are relaxed in the respective areas. You will have to wait until the logistics flow is restored to get your shipments delivered.
Rest assured, we will resume operations as soon as the curbs are withdrawn from our region and be back with full capacity to resolve all the issues related to fulfillment of orders that are “in-transit”.
