Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping:




Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally for orders placed before 1 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.


The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require two or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.


Standard delivery times for products “in stock” is 2-7 working days from the date of dispatch.


Standard delivery times for products under “pre-order”, “out of stock” tag can be up to 3 weeks from the date of placing the order.


For shipments delivered outside RAIPUR (C.G.), the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.


Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed for these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed. Reimbursements (if required) will be made after appropriate deductions.

Cancellation of Order by User

• Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges


After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.


General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be canceled. has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept decision regarding the cancellation.


In case of Perishable Goods

In case if a customer wants to cancel the order for a perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.


In case of Gift Certificate

Gift Certificate will not be cancelled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.

Apparels and Accessories:

Apparels (including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies etc) are not covered under our return/replacement policies, no replacement or return for these items will be made by

Cancellation of Order by CUBELELO

CUBELELO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.


If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by CUBELELO for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.


Replacement Policy by CUBELELO :


Suitable replacements will be provided if request is raised within 7-days of product delivery except for the following:

1. Products perishable in nature

2. Gift Certificates

3. Items that have been used or opened

4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.

5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.


We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

R1. However, there is a remote possibility that:

• the item may be damaged during transit

• or there might be a manufacturing defect

• or that a wrong item is delivered to you


In only such cases as given above, in R1, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of item is made within the stipulated time-frame of 7-days. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above (in R1).


Customers may be asked for providing photographic or video evidence for claims made for replacements for verification purposes, failing to provide such evidence to verify the claims within 7 days of being asked for it will lead to rejection of the claim and no replacements will be provided under such circumstances.

Any eligible refunds will be issued only after verification of the claims after we physically receive and check the product sent to us by the customer as per the policies given below.


To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Popping of cubes, corner twists and chipping of stickers are not covered and no replacements/returns will be given for this reason. Scratches in stickerless versions of cubes are also not covered under this policy.If replacement is approved and sent, and customer still faces problems with the replaced product, then such issues will be taken up as a new request and needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery of replacement product. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us or we will do a reverse pick up for the same.We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. Cubelelo caannot be held responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.


Our Replacement Policy:

• Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery of the product/products.

• There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items fulfilling the reasons mentioned above.

• In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.

• In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither CUBELELO nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.


Refund Policy by


Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:


• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final.

• If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands

• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products

• For courier products, If the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given.


The amount eligible for refunds will be primarily transferred as “store credits” in the customer’s registered Cubelelo account. If the customer has not registered an account with then he/she needs to create one to get the refunds/reimbursements.


In case of pre-paid orders, these store credits can be transferred to the bank account of the customer through which the transaction was carried out upon customer’s request. The amount normally gets credited in the account within 24-48 working hours from the time of issuing of refunds.


In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, only store credits will be given to the registered account as mentioned above, no other mode of refund is available for COD orders.




Cases of customer demanding refunds:


If a refund is demanded by the customer and the reason doesn’t fall under our replacement policies or the  customer doesn't want suitable and available replacement of product,the following penalties will be applicable and will be deducted from the order/product total before issuing refunds:

  • Deduction towards shipping and transaction charges.

  • Upto 100% penalty on the product/order total if the product that is returned back to us is found to fake/damaged/incomplete/missing parts upon verification at our warehouse.

Eligible refunds will be issued within 24-48 working hours, post verification of the return request after we receive and check the products at our warehouses. reserves the right to decide the final amount to be deducted and refunds to be issued depending upon the condition of the products received and the shipping and handling charges involved. Penalties finalised by will be final. Mode of transfer of refunds will be as mentioned above.


Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.


Shipping Returned Merchandise:

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via reverse shipping services or otherwise using courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. CUBELELO does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.


CUBELELO resrves the rights to change the replacement policies anytime without any prior notice.
