YJ MGC 5x5 Magnetic uses magnet slots to hold 96 magnets firmly in place. The core stress point guarantees precise positioning, elaborate magnetic force, and elasticity. The ultra-small inner garden with a diameter of 26mm makes the internal rotational torque smaller, this enhances overall stability and better fault tolerance. For the first time, it has applied the center column upward design to the high platform square, and the center has no bottom column.
It is designed to widen the third-order part of the outer layer separately. With more flexible control, the combination of size & weight creates a comfortable quick-twist feel. A large area of air defense & air design ensures a smooth feel without getting stuck.
It is a very fast and smooth puzzle but has spring noises so also buy a lubricant for core , I would recommend weight 5 and above.

Ootb the cube has some popping issues, but if handled with care, not an issue at all. Not sure if this popping issue is common to all the 5x5 cubes or not. Maybe tightning the screws could help. Also popping happens when layers are missaligned and forced their way into turning. But the strong magnets ensure that misalignment is mininum. It doesnt pop completely, so pieces can be forced into normal setting. Smooooth...

The MGC 5x5 is really good. Really fast but a bit loose out of the box. I tightened it a bit and it is now just amazing. I like the feel of it while solving. It feels really premium for its price.
