Puzzles are usually already lubricated when they come out of the box. However, after using them for a while, they might require lubrication, depending on the feel you are looking to get.
There are many different types of lubricants manufactured by many companies across the world. In fact, our own collection of Standard and Premium lubricants houses some of the best puzzle lubricants on the market.
Lubricants are usually classified based on their ‘viscosity’, which is a measure of how heavy or light they are. So, a lubricant of higher viscosity will be denser and slow down the puzzle (increasing stability), while one of lower viscosity will be lighter and speed up the puzzle, making it smoother.
