Please read carefully. This notice helps you stay safe from scammers impersonating Cubelelo.
Scammers are impersonating Cubelelo and our logistics partners to contact customers and request payments for shipment release or delivery. These communications are not from Cubelelo.
Cubelelo will never:
- Ask for payment over phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Request UPI approvals, OTPs, or card details
- Ask you to transfer money to personal or unknown accounts
- Ask you to make the same payment multiple times to fix a “technical issue.”
All payments for Cubelelo orders must be made only through our official website or authorized payment links.
Trusted communication and payments
Only trust messages and calls coming from Cubelelo’s official phone numbers and verified channels. If you have any doubt, confirm with Cubelelo before making any payment.
Payments made to scammers or unauthorized third parties are not received by Cubelelo and therefore cannot be refunded by Cubelelo. Such payments must be reported to your bank or UPI provider for recovery.
Common scam currently affecting customers
We are aware of a scam where scammers:
- Call customers claiming to be Cubelelo employees
- Use real order numbers, order values, and names
- Claim there is a “technical issue” or “payment mismatch”
- Ask customers to make the same payment again
- Promise that the extra payment will be refunded immediately
This is a scam. Cubelelo does not follow any such process.
What to do if you receive a suspicious call or message
- Do not make any payment
- Do not share any personal or financial information
- Do not share OTPs or approve any UPI collect requests
- Report it to Cubelelo immediately via email at support@cubelelo.com or call at 8080573573
If you have already made a payment
- Immediately contact your bank or UPI app and request a fraud reversal or chargeback
- File a complaint at https://cybercrime.gov.in
- Share the details with Cubelelo so we can assist authorities
