Pay attention to the description: it is only 1 mm thick! This may be a little harsh on your cube if you like to drop it from a height while solving with a timer. Older magnetic cubes like MoYu GTS2M can have their magnets dislodged if you do this.
The thickness of a QiYi mat is 3 mm and that of a Cubelelo mat is 4 mm, both are much better options both practically and price-wise.
Go for this only if you would want the feel of being in a competition. I got this mat just for the graphite look and for the nostalgia since my first official WCA completion. It also looks great with the QiYi timer I bought with it. I use a mouse mat under this one to soften the landing of my cube and I use newer cubes with slotted magnets so that the thickness won't be an issue for me. Nevertheless, excellent service from Cubelelo as always; received the product a day earlier than expected.
If you are wondering if you can remove the G4 clips that come with it, the answer is no.
